I have been seeing Kate for almost a year now and she has helped improve my well-being so much. She is so easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable and always provides great information and suggestions. Through acupuncture and a listening ear, she is always able to help me with whatever is ailing me at the moment, and I cannot recommend her and Helia Health enough.

I have been seeing Kate for about two years. What I like about her is that she is knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Also, she is a lot of fun to talk with. I would recommend her to anyone who is new to acupuncture because she answers questions and makes you feel relaxed and reassured.
