If I had the option of choosing less than one star for this review, I would do so without hesitation. The worst bridal dress shopping experience ever. It feels wrong to refer to the lady with zero customer service as a customer service assistant because she surely had not an ounce of customer service in her whatsoever. She was rude, brash, moody and more concerned about going on her lunch break than she was making the first time experience of dress shopping for my sister anything but dissapointing and disheartening. Kate is very welcoming and gave me such good experience when I tried on some dresses. Her boutique felt so homey when we came in and I did not feel overwhelmed or stressed at all. Highly recommend! Edit: I said yes to the dress after my visit!
Look no futher. Kate is super easy to deal with and gave my wife everytthing she requested without any hesitation! Couldn't recommend this place more!!
