This review does not reflect Dr Lotfi as it has nothing to do with her. I had an appointment with Teresa Chan and her medical assistant Vivian called me about the appointment. She was very dismissive and constantly interrupted me and I complained about not being able to express if she keep interrupt me. She got mad and told me she can’t help me any more so I asked to talk to the manager and her respond was ,she will call you. A MILLION TIMES ZERO STARS THIS PERSON SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ANYWHERE NEAR A PATIENT. NEGLIGENT, RUDE, INCOMPETENT, DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT AND TREATS YOU LIKE SCUM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
