Deceptive and riddled with fee's $ 48 per lease that doesn't even go towards your purchase can't check out without contacting customer service for 30 minutes do your self a favor save your money buy what you were planning on leasing outright
I used Katapult to make a purchase @ Home Depot. The purchase went smooth. I made many payments on time and just the other day for some tea the auto pay did not come out of the bank. I got a call and I told them I would make the payment myself. I made the payment and then I tried to make a new purchase and guess what,I was denied because I had 1 late payment. I was told I had to wait 30 days to be able to make a purchase. Christmas will be over in 25 days. Not Cool,very disappointed and disgusted.
They are the worse!! I will never use them again! I made a one time payment with my credit card and they charged it again without my consent, causing me to have an over draft fee. I did not sign up for auto pay so they shouldn’t be taking any payments from credit cards without consent. They call a 100 times a day and harass the hell out of you to make a payment. This company allowed someone to make 13 fraudulent charges on my card in a row. They have been no help getting my money back.
I hate this app the scam you i buy something on wayfair the charge me double price last time please don’t take your chance Katapult it’s no good
