I am disappointed with my experience, particularly regarding pricing transparency and the way my questions were handled. I paid $400, although the price I expected based on the salon’s online pricing was closer to $200. When I asked for clarification, the response felt unfriendly and dismissive. I went to Alana so worried about my skin and after a couple of sessions Alana completely cleared out my face and gave me products that have made my skin look better than ever before. I am so grateful, Alana truly takes care of her clients and caters towards each individual skin type. Cannot recommend her services more!! Looking forward to getting a skin peel next.
