Best Salon & Spa experience in Boston area – I've been going to Katana since 2009 for my hair cut and color and have never been disappointed. The best salon and spa outside of Boston! – I've been going to Katana since ithe grand openning. I see one of the owenrs, Kathy. This woman has some amazing talent as a colorist and stylist. I have incredibly difficult hair to work with and everytime I leave the salon I feel like a million bucks. When Everyone Wants To Know Who Cut Your Hair..... – I've been getting my haircut from Kathy (owner) for nearly 20 years and I each time I leave her chair I inevitably get a compliment from a complete stranger. I've lived in NY, Boston and now RI and have continued to follow Kathy from here early days in Arlington, Boston and now Winchester. WARNING!!! – If you actually do decide to go to this salon, DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! see the owner Kathy. All the other staff in the salon & spa are wonderful sweet girls. Any of them would be better suited than Kathy. She is a condescending, self-absorbed, mean spirited, over priced unprofessional B*TCH!!! She thinks she is above everyone around her and berates those she deems "beneath her" which to her is apparently everyone! Save your money and your dignity.
Professional service without going to Boston. Facials too! – My experience was wonderful. The service is incredible. If you are interested in a facial they have one that inlcudes a sholder, head and neck massage. The products are fabulous and I left feeling and looking younger. Their staff is experienced, friendly and attentative. I will go no where else to have my brows waxed either. The colorist is superb!
Best facial in Boston – I love this salon! Everyone that works here is extremely friendly, great service and very reasonable pricing for the services given. I have only had the pleasure of getting services on the spa side and Charity gives the most amazing facial, great at eyebrow shaping too. The atmosphere is great, always easy to park. I would recommend to anyone.
wonderful salon – This is such a sweet salon. Locate right outside the center of Winchester, knowledgable & pleasant women that work there, and they carry GREAT hair & skin products. Their priced reasonably, and I always get the best hair cut & style there. Also, their space is beautiful with shiny hardwood floors and high ceilings. I'm so glad that I found this Salon!!
