Just had my first session with Kat and already looking forward to my next session! She is very warm but also professional, you can tell she takes pride in her work! I’ve tried other massage therapists but she was able to feel out my body like no one had done before. Definitely recommend giving her a try for yourself!

Kat’s massage and cupping therapy is the best! I never felt this much relief from chronic pain in my shoulder and arms. Felt so much better overnight! Love it!
Kat is fantastic! I've been through so many masseuses and I think it helps that Kat is sports focused. She really knows how to get deep down into a knot and get the tension released without killing you. The room is also very calming and is relaxing. She has also given great suggestions on what to do in daily life so that the same knots do not keep forming. I highly recommend.
