I received a gift certificate from my Bestie to get a massage with Kat! Oh My- that was the BEST massage I have ever received and I have had beaucoup massages. She asked questions on my health and as a cancer warrior she was very conscientious around my area from the lumpectomy. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to your health. I was away from my chiropractor and massage therapist but I knew I needed to take care of myself. I found Kat because she was located in the salon where I get my hair cut. Kat is awesome. She tells you exactly what she’s doing and why and constantly checks on your comfort level. I left with lots of suggestions on exercises to strengthen my core. I’ll be back in Copperhill in November and I will be making an appointment first thing!

Kat was amazing! Had a left lower back pain going in, gone going out. Asked all the right questions and very professional. If you are vacationing in the area, go see Kat after a day of hiking!!!! If you live in the area and have not gone to Kat you are missing out.
