The furniture is unique and beautiful. The service in the showroom was outstanding. We were contemplating between two styles of chairs, different woods, options for finishing as well as fabric choices.They took all the time necessary to walk us through our options and help to ensure that we made the right choice. A had a couple friends recommend Kastella. Decided to take a look for a new bed. The staff at the store were immensely helpful. We found something we loved and ordered it. Prices are high but you get a LOT for your money - something built right here in Montreal out of actual hardwood, customized how you'd like it. Lead times are long (it was about 5 months for us) so you should plan accordingly. If you're unsure about the value proposition, just try finding a new, solid wood bed that's not acacia wood.
