Jay Robert handled our will and was fantastic. He is smart, personable, and an excellent attorney. Jay took the time to explain everything to us, and whenever we had follow-up questions, he responded quickly. Jay Robert is an excellent attorney specializing in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. At our initial consultation over drinks, he educated me on the structure and purposes of each document; The Will, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Proxy. I was asked to think about my own mortality and who I'd trust to best carry out my wishes, care for my minor son and how and when to distribute estate proceeds to my son. He is very thorough in his education of what you need to protect (and what you don't need to worry about) depending on your situation.
