I ordered a large TV stand from their website and paid for the delivery. The first trip, the unit arrived flat pack and was assembled in the living room. The team saw that it was damaged and asked if I would be happy to receive a replacement shelf in the mail, but I opted to have them take it back and come back with a good unit (or this unit with good parts). We ordered about 1850 dollars worth of patio furniture in May this year. Received all but two ottomans.  Was told they would be here “next day” many times.  Here we are almost August and still nothing. No reply. Nothing. My next step is to go legal.

Unfortunately I have to leave at least one star to post a review. Anybody know of a good lawyer? This place is FRAUD! I ordered a bedroom set back in November and missing parts for the bed. I have been in contact with the owner or manager who only can say well we are working on it. I am now over 7 months and still no parts and am stuck with a bed I cannot put together. DON'T BUY FROM Kassa Mall Furniture @ Mattress. BUYERS WHO DO NOT LIVE IN TAXES DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THEM. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG, YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Here is my story. I wish i could give this business zero stars. This is a FRAUD COMPANY. I placed an online order for a bedframe for pickup from KATY LOCATION and also got a message saying thanks for doing business with Kassa mall home furniture & mattress (picture attached) when i was about to go to the store i called to confirm and they said IF YOU WANT TO PICK UP TODAY YOU HAVE TO GO PICKUP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE (50 mins away).
