They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. He listened to me, but felt compelled to explain how he was not able to do the necessary procedures from different angles ("hospital is a pain, I don't have experience with wierd cases, etc."). I didn't have any trouble finding the office. After more than 6 months, nothing substantial has been done to relieve my problem (bone tumors), and all I have to show for my money & troubles is a boot I wear which causes sw... read more

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider have bad breath? No I've never had any complaints
