Ed Jaffe and Malvina Dimeas have been a pleasure to work with, and have helped me to form my own LLC, obtain secondary funding through the SBA, develop cash flow statements & projections, and file both my personal and my corporate taxes over the last 20 months. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I would definitely recommend their services both privately and at the corporate/company level.
