Mike Plude did our 2020 tax return and failed to include my husband's w2 when he filed. As a result, he had to file an amended return and told us that we would not be charged and that he would eat any penalties incurred. We subsequently got a bill from his office for the amended return. We have contacted his office multiple times and left messages with his administrative assistant but have never gotten a phone call back from him. We have only received bills for the amended return.
