Mike Plude did our 2020 tax return and failed to include my husband's w2 when he filed. As a result, he had to file an amended return and told us that we would not be charged and that he would eat any penalties incurred. We subsequently got a bill from his office for the amended return. I have used Kaskie & Plude to do my taxes for almost 20 years. They have always done a great job. They also are kind, considerate, through and timely where service is concerned.
Called over a week ago left message they never called back
These people cannot file my tax return for months. They charged my credit card, but cannot complete tax returns. Calling, emailing, texting does not help. Also they have made multiple mistakes on tax returns for 2 years prior.
