I’ve done my taxes with Kasik for 4 years and have never had such a bad experience as I did this morning. My boyfriend and I got our taxes done separately this year and the last, this year the cost were a higher so we nicely asked why this was. (Income related, inflation, rate increase etc). The woman at the front desk was extremely rude to us, and didn’t give us an explanation. To clarify, we were not upset because the rates were increased, we just wanted an explanation.
