Terrible account management. Once they are done securing your business, they never respond for anything else. Basically, pay them money and ask for nothing else. We couldn't get compliance report from them. It's a terrible company and can't wait to stop using their services.
Bad, bad sales people. I was lied to repeatedly about existing functionality, which was then changed to 'upcoming' and is now not available at all. Waste of my time and money.
