If you haven’t tried rolfing yet, you should really go see Kathleen. She is a really great rolfer and has the ability to see what’s going on with your body and applies effective methods to correct it. I will forever choose rolfing over massage due to the improvements I have seen since I switched. Kathleen is personable and works really hard to help her clients. I highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Kathleen. She is kind and personable and her ability to get my body moving and functional again is nothing short of magic. After suffering with sciatica caused by a herniated disc for months now, from the first visit to her I was able to see improvement. And it didn't stop. Every visit afterwards provided pain relief and increased mobility. If you haven't tried Rolfing before, you need to go see Kathleen at Karuna Rolfing. She is the best! Thanks Kathleen!!!

EVERY experience with Kathleen has been amazing. Her compassion, knowledge, and skill really show with the gentle but intentional touch. Her hands are like magic. She has been my practicioner many times. The one that stands out the most is when she worked on the chronically tight ligaments around my sacrum. Which cause me severe pain at times. Kathleen is an excellent professional . She always took the time to listen and understand the issues I had. She has a gentle and very intuitive touch. Ive always experience great relief after my sessions with her. I highly recommend her!
