In 2023 we began a renovation in NYC - we visited the Kartell show-room and though we liked the product we were underwhelmed by the staff and so decided to not purchase anything. I grew up using Kartell products and I always liked the design and quality. After 55 years I stand by my excellent opinon for the brand and the people that work for the company. In the New York Showroom Flora A. was incredibly helpful and professional in taking care of an order we placed. Great experience!
