We had a great experience getting from Bozeman to Big Sky. Our driver Kevin was really patient, good natured, and helpful. He drove us directly to our cabin we rented instead of the official dropoff spot a few minutes away, which was huge given how late and cold it was when we arrived and how much gear we had with us. Definitely would recommend him and Karst!
After an awful travel day including amongst other stresses a late night flight into Bozeman, I was thankful to be able to get a shuttle to my rental home in Big Sky under snowy conditions and icy roads. You can’t count on United, but you CAN count on Karst. Kevin was an excellent and safe driver in sketchy conditions, and got all 3 passengers to our separate doorsteps without any hitches and with a friendly smile. I will use them again.
Reasonable pricing, incredibly flexible with reservations, but most of all - the friendliest and most helpful staff. 11/10 would use again!
