If your working with or against Dan Yampolski I feel for you. Dan is a disingenuous liar that should never be trusted. He is what I call a POS, that world would be a better place without. Dan Yampolski said a letter was sent, however it never was received nor do I believe it ever was, he was just trying to save face. Do not trust this person as he is not honest or ethical in a way.
Apparently, Karsaz & Associates is a law firm apartment complexes contract with to handle complaints about move out fees, or other outstanding balance related concerns tenets or former tenets have.
