I read the reviews before attending and was subsequently worried, but my experience with this practice was fantastic. Great specialist, lovely nurse and welcoming receptionists. Can’t fault the experience. I saw Dr Themis Getsos Colla regarding alopecia. She was attentive, kind and explained the condition and action plan to me thoroughly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist for alopecia.
I attended an appointment with my wife to see Dimitri. He paid little attention to her issue and suggested he do a mole check which, she never asked for. My wife agreed to the mole check as it seemed like a good opportunity whilst she was there. Dimitri conducted the mole check then had a brief chat about the original issue. He then prescribed the same ointment my wife got from her GP two weeks previous which, wasn’t working. My daughter had a very unpleasant interaction with the receptionist at this business today which left her feeling very upset. She felt the receptionist was very condescending and rude. Based on what my daughter relayed to me it was bullying behaviour. My daughter is 17year old with Acne and is extremely self conscious and vulnerable. Dr Chan was worth the wait! He is so kind, genuine and respectful with a great sense of humour and I didn’t have to wait very long in the wait room. He built rapport with me immediately. Really happy I was referred to him to be my new Dermatologist. He’s thorough, interested and doesn’t leave a stone unturned. I feel really confident moving forward being under his care.
