Visited Karpet Kingdom in July to check out their range of carpets. Came away with 100% wool carpets for lounge, stairs etc at a bargain price. Also chose an Alston’s Inca range sofa set. Fabulous service from helping with choices to receiving the items. A service from start to finish. Thank you
Update as of 14th June. I would give 4 stars now and shall give complete new review once flooring is fitted and complete. Steve Horrod got in touch with me and was very understanding of the bad experience I had in the shop on the 9th May. I have since been to the shop and Steve Horrod has been very helpfull with his knowledge and experience on sorting my flooring needs . Some faith restored. Support the independent shops when you can. Nice shop. No pressure at all and can browse without being harassed
Went and brought a rug on the 9th may and was going to buy my carpet, vinyI from there. My friend was looking into buying a sofa. I would of loved to give 5 stars as the lady was polite and really helpful. However the gentleman who booked for the carpet and vinyl to be measured was very rude and arrogant. He told me the fitting bloke would be coming on Mon 12th may. I was not given a choice of day suitable to me. I asked for a rough time slot ie AM or PM.
