Update as of 14th June. I would give 4 stars now and shall give complete new review once flooring is fitted and complete. Steve Horrod got in touch with me and was very understanding of the bad experience I had in the shop on the 9th May. Nice shop. No pressure at all and can browse without being harassed
Went and brought a rug on the 9th may and was going to buy my carpet, vinyI from there. My friend was looking into buying a sofa. I would of loved to give 5 stars as the lady was polite and really helpful. However the gentleman who booked for the carpet and vinyl to be measured was very rude and arrogant. He told me the fitting bloke would be coming on Mon 12th may. I was not given a choice of day suitable to me. I asked for a rough time slot ie AM or PM. Needed a replacement mattress in an emergency. High quality selection and same day delivery. Excellent delivery - very narrow cottage staircase but the men cheerfully squeezed the mattress up and into the bedroom. Carpets and beds also bought eighteen months ago for a holiday cottage and we are very pleased. Thank you.
