I am so glad I found Karolina! She is an amazing person, and very knowledgeable about acupuncture and Chinese medicine. After 4 sessions I already notice a huge difference. My sleep has improved, I feel more energised and have more mental clarity. Karolina explains TCM and acupuncture very well, what different points do, what part of the body it is healing. It is very interesting, and you will not be disappointed by booking with Karolina!
After playing sport most of my life, my back has started to give me persistent problems and, having a bulging disc does not help. Chiro, massage, pilates, have all failed, but Karolina has worked on me with acupuncture and cupping and is making an enormous difference. Highly recommend! I have visited Karolina regularly since 2024, and will continue. Her approach is holistic and focused on improving your wellbeing. Massage, acupuncture, cupping and therapeutic light made a world of difference during a stressful season in winter months. I would suggest booking a session, sharing your concerns and goals, and allowing Karolina to setup treatment sessions to meet your needs. You will become a regular too!
Karolina was very thorough in checking about my various health issues and took the time to explain how they had impacted on my body. She was very generous and kind in her approach to my treatment and also gave me lots of hope about my future well being. Thank you Karolina!
