The people are the best a person can ask for! The other day the power went bc of a storm that passed through. Called in and left my number, less then an hour later service tech from Karnes Electric was on location to come check out the issue. Then 20m later, they resolved the issue, my hat goes off to all the people that make the magic happen at Karnes Electric Coop! Thank y’all!
Nice staff
After repeatedly telling them our electric is ready to go to put in the meter they said it will be 3 days we even had the electric company that did the work call them and day it was done and they said they didn't care they will take 3 days to allow the electric company time to work on it even though its been done for 3 days! Horrible experience I wouldn't recommend moving somewhere where you can only use them they do NOT care about the customer!
