Have only just started a subscription service with karmo at the beginning it was horrible to start with lack of communication horrible customer service but continue on with the subscription anyway giving benefit of the doubt but I was wrong have had to make a claim as mother in-law put wrong fuel in car by mistake have been in contact with karmo the whole process chasing up what Toyota have done and where they are at and giving karmo the details but have been given nothing but disrespect and disgusting customer service. Decent people, excellent service
The worst company experience ever . After losing any reference to my booking and showing them correspondence I was treated with such disgust and the English tourist who got a job there was nothing but condescending and absolutely out of line . As a ceo who had sold a company to Bausch and Lomb I would not recommend this company at all . Jim
