Absolutely disappointing service and particularly the guy out at the front had a very bad attitude. I have been a customer for Motopool for 5 years and never had such bad experience until Karmo took over. I went in yesterday to get help with a damaged car due to a parking incident and instead of helping me resolve the issue and swap out the car, the guy at the front desk just forced me close out the rental. We have leased 4 cars from Karmo so far, and we can't recommend Karmo enough. They provide great services. Their team members are responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We have recommended them to many of our friends.
