Absolutely shocking after being approved for a car via sales Thinking all was set I paid the $500 rip off to get over the line so 3 weeks later contracts signed got the car rego number sold my car I thought I better make sure everything was set so I would have no issues only to find these Clowns have rejected my approved application cancelled the contract and told nobody at all …. While they served my purpose with rideshare rental they not always supply me with a Toyota hybrid. Twice I was given used MG and Haval. These terrible vehicles to drive and there electronic functions not compliant with Australia. The MG I had to return as there system down. The Havel temperamental and has problems consequently causing an accident. I then had insurance problem, while insurance is suposed to cover vehicle for what ever had clauses trying to eliminate there pool insurance, but not relay legal for them to do so ... read more
⭐☆☆☆☆ – One of the Worst Rental Experiences Ever I’ve had one of the worst rental experiences with Karmo, and I feel it’s important to warn others. The first car I rented broke down, and it took 24 hours for them to resolve the issue. I requested that they waive one day of rental since I couldn’t use the car at all — but they refused to offer any discount or compensation for the inconvenience and lost time. It sure sounds great once you sign up, but the no start up fee is a bit misleading as you still have to pay $500 - $1500 deposit plus 3 weeks of your subscription cost up front which sure sounds like a start up fee.
