1 start is too generous but I have to give them a star to post a review. This service is consistent with traits of a scam. Let’s start with my husband’s experience- My husband picked up a car from them. They said in 9 days he drove 3600 kms. Which means he would have to have been driving for 6 hours consistently everyday he had the vehicle which isn’t anywhere near the level of driving he does. Ronaldo and the team went above and beyond to meet our needs. Seamless experience from start to finish. Great communication and excellent customer service.
There were no shuttle buses available both when we arrived in Brisbane and needed to leave. We were left at the airport for 2 hours when we first arrived because we were told by multiple phone calls that someone was coming to pick us up. We were also told that we should “just find our own way there”.
We have been using Karmo for fleet services and have consistently had a great experience with them. Ronaldo and Alan are both fantastic to deal with. Their service is professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. Communication is clear and consistent, and they make sure we are kept informed every step of the way. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that values transparency and customer satisfaction.
We have Used Karmo Many times to satisfy our fleet requirements, both Alan and Ronaldo and the whole team at Karmo have always delivered exceptional customer service service And a high standard of product every time I would not recommend anybody else
