I worked with Mitesh Koirala, Karma Mortgage, for my home loan. He was very co-operative, just one call away for my any question. I requested loan estimates from 6 different big lenders like Rocket, Citi Bank, Chase etc but none of them could beat the interest rate and closing cost that Karma Mortgage provided me. Mitesh made whole process so easy and swift. I would definately recommend to approach Karma Mortgage (or call Mithesh Koirala) before you decide your final lender.
