I made an appointment with Linan due to problems with sleep apnea and anxiety that were the cause of my inconsistent sleep patterns. During the beginning of her meditation and reiki sessions she noticed that when I sleep I would stop breathing multiple times and as she performed reiki I began showing improvement I also went to see Linan for anxiety. I had an amazing experience at Karma Connects. Linan, the spiritual life coach was extremely good. I was able to better understand and define the problems affecting my health through this session and she offered me her guidance on solutions. I thoroughly enjoyed the healing session with reiki and essential oils. I have shared this with family and friends and highly recommend her to everyone else!!
