I needed my loft insulation as a matter of urgency. Karlsson responded to my inquiry by getting me an assessment and quote the very next day and fitting the insulation to my loft the day after. The team took before and after pictures and was happy to answer all my questions. They are a great team, and their service was excellent. I can't praise them enough. Thank you to the whole team.

I had an additional layer of mineral wool insulation fitted throughout the loft with storage boarding fixed around the loft hatch together with new LED lighting. Karlsson were professional from the get go; from their initial advice, to the application of temporary protection throughout the hall and stairs. The workmen were polite, tidy and skilled. All for a fair price too. Very pleased.

From our first communication with Toni via email to James visit to provide an estimate to the work being completed by the team, everything has had a quality and professionalism that is quite old fashioned these days. The customer comes first with Karlsson Installations. Advice was given to our ideas that not only made sense but cost us less. The work was completed efficiently to a very high standard with little fuss or noise. Our house was looked after and respected. A great company!
