Awful! I used this law firm who runs Texas Title to close one of my houses. The process was awful. Still is...my mortgage has not been paid till now an whole month after close of escrow! The person in Charge would not respond to several of my emails. And when finally confronted, said she had. When I asked her to resend them, she couldn't because she never did reply in the first place - She was lying.
