I recently retained Mr. Karlin in connection with the redemption of stock in a closely held company after the death of a shareholder. I was very pleased with his performance. He was very knowledgeable about the subject and walked me through the the process so I understood what was going on. If he wasn't readily available when I called he got back to me promptly. All of the information and documents were provided in a timely fashion. I would strongly recommend Mr. Karlin for legal services. In the future he is my go to guy.
