I ordered a dress from this shop two years ago and had a satisfactory experience, which is why I felt confident recommending it to a family member for her prom dress. Unfortunately, when she visited today, the owner was extremely rude and unwelcoming. For a business charging over $2,000 for a prom dress, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service is disappointing. I truly hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and overall business etiquette

I want to this store looking for dress, as I was looking I found a dress that I liked so I went to look for help the lady there was extremely rude she had an attitude
Initially the Owner didn’t speak to my Husband and I when we entered into the store, and she gave us an attitude when we asked questions. I was pretty forward with my distaste for her attitude and continued shopping. I began interacting with the owners child who was also in the store, and she became very nice to us after that which changed the whole experience.
