Twenty years apparently counts for nothing. I would caution anyone considering this accountant to think twice. If they can treat a loyal client this way after two decades, you should assume you are just as replaceable.
This accountant showed my wife and I exactly how little customer loyalty matters to them. After 20 years of business, being dropped as a client made it very clear that long-term relationships mean nothing here. That is not just disappointing, it says a lot about their character and how they run their business.
