-DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE-Took one of my vehicles for a Fuel Injection service and suspected they did not perform the service as there was no signs of fuel spraying in the engine’s compartment (they need to hook up a pressurized bottle to the fuel line) so I took another vehicle and put marks to see if they were removed and sure enough I’m they were not. I came to Karl Malone Toyota for a service appointment with my baby. While it’s nice that there is a kids’ play area, nobody is taking care of it. The playground looks awful – dirty, stained, and full of trash. The floor is filthy, and there was even an old fake nail lying around. Please take responsibility for keeping the children’s area clean. Brady in service was super helpful! I was told by another dealer I had to leave the truck for 4 hours for something Brady in service was able to fix in less than two minutes over the phone. I didn’t even have to go the service department! Tailgate works perfectly now!
