I came to Karl Malone Toyota for a service appointment with my baby. While it’s nice that there is a kids’ play area, nobody is taking care of it. The playground looks awful – dirty, stained, and full of trash. The floor is filthy, and there was even an old fake nail lying around. Please take responsibility for keeping the children’s area clean. Brady in service was super helpful! I was told by another dealer I had to leave the truck for 4 hours for something Brady in service was able to fix in less than two minutes over the phone. I didn’t even have to go the service department! Tailgate works perfectly now!
Make sure you get the lady at the desk name that makes appointments seems like she's a little forgetful
Expensive service for oil changes. I’ve had my Camry in twice for an odd noise and so far they haven’t been able to figure it out
