Karl was amazing to deal with and so helpful throughout our entire home buying process. He's been helping us for the past year as we navigated Calgary's housing market and can confidently say we lucked out! He very obviously puts a lot of time and effort into making sure he gets you the best rate and guides you through the entire process during closing. I will absolutely be recommending him to friends and family who are buying houses soon!

Fantastic broker, highly recommend! Karl is extremely knowledgeable about both simple and advanced mortgage options. He prepares videos walking you through everything step by step, and in a way that is easily understandable. He is also easily available by phone and email to discuss/explain further. Everything is transparent and timely. Karl is the only broker I will use.

What an incredible experience Having not had to deal with all the small intricate steps associated with re financing, i was a little apprehensive, Karl removed all of the uncertainty and apprehension we had. He put in so much extra work beyond finding us a lender, explained different routes and options, assisted with every step, and kept communication standards well above anyone else i have dealt with. Could not recommend Karl enough, A+ 10/10
