Karl was amazing to deal with and so helpful throughout our entire home buying process. Fantastic broker, highly recommend! Karl is extremely knowledgeable about both simple and advanced mortgage options. He prepares videos walking you through everything step by step, and in a way that is easily understandable. He is also easily available by phone and email to discuss/explain further. Everything is transparent and timely. Karl is the only broker I will use.
