Paid a fortune for a Hooper table in the beginning of AUGUST and still have not received it (now it's Jan). Have called and emailed multiple times and still no ETA. My calls not returned. Excellent experience - I ordered some lighting elements which arrived on schedule. Incorrect elements were quickly replaced without issue. The owner is knowledgeable and always willing to assist and has great insight about design. He has gone out of his to source a fixture for me. Always courteous and prompt in his reply.
