Excellent treatment from Viv. Pain free feet for the first time in months!
I’ve been seeing Viv for deep oscillation therapy. She is so knowledgeable about the lymphatic system and has given me some great tips to try at home too.
Visiting from Australia and running an ultra race in Scotland when here I went to visit Viv. I have a niggle on my calf and both the massage and the advice from Viv on how to manage stretching on my calf were excellent. Thanks Viv.
I've been visiting Karis Therapies regularly for lymphatic drainage since January 2023. I was keen to try it after reading it can help reduce the symptoms of chronic fatigue. I'm so glad I took the plunge as I've felt a huge difference in my energy levels. After 2 sessions my fatigue reduced significantly enough for me increase my activity levels, so now I go once a month to maintain the balance.
