Ms. Karina Duvall did an excellent job. She and her colleagues in the Moscow area were able to have a document in Russian stamped with an Apostile in NYC, and sent to Moscow. The most difficult part was finding a Notary Public in Moscow who would stamp the document, to make it officially recognized so the document was processed, and completed. We have had Ms. Duvall's assistance with other documents for over 5 years, and recommend her when you need these services.
