Karin is very warm and skilled at listening in between the lines and focusing in on solutions for your particular needs. I was having difficulty sleeping. Karin’s custom sleep meditations have been very helpful in supporting me in getting more sleep than I was previously experiencing. She also supported me with lifelong anxiety- and I now have tools to support myself when I start to feel anxious. Karin’s loving concern and patience really shines through. I highly recommend her.

I must admit, I was skeptical. This was my first time in hypnotherapy, and Karin really blew me away. I was so comfortable with her very quickly - and this allowed real progress in a short period of time (I only saw her twice!). I felt so accepted, understood, and seen by her.
