Karen’s Sound Meditation is really relaxing! I especially enjoy the chakra balance she performs at the beginning. Highly recommend! She’s great and I’ll be back 😊
My first sound bath and Chakra balance session at Karen's Holistics was such an enjoyable experience. Karen has a wonderful presence and a masterful control over the instruments. She narrated the Chakra balance experience with a calm voice and affirmations that were very simple yet powerful when combined with sound. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Karen is incredibly communicative and very passionate about our chakras. I would love to do this again sometime. Two yoga mats for next time. lol!
