First time doing a sound bath and it was an amazing experience! I would recommend doing this to anyone who is on the fence! Karen is a great leader and left feeling enlightened and relaxed!
Currently going through my healing/spiritual awakening journey and I have never done anything related to chakras. I wasn’t sure what I was signing up for but I trusted the process and just went with the flow. It was scary at the beginning but as soon as I let go, the experience was so beautiful.
