This is the best Hallmark I've ever visited.
Karen's Hallmark store in Berea Ohio. In June 2024, my daughter bought Silver Forest earrings for my wife's birthday. My wife already had the exact pair and went to Karen's Hallmark Store to exchange them for another pair. The person at the store said that they could not be returned, something about the health department. The earrings had not been taken out of the original packing.
