Always sad to leave reviews that aren’t positive. Visited the store to return a gift my daughter received. I was told by the young lady working the front cash register to pick out something new to switch it out. My 2 year old daughter chose a new bear to her liking. An older lady stocking cards came over to help the young cashier during the transaction and found enjoyment in denying the exchange due to no receipt.
