We have put ornaments on lay away for 15 years at this Hallmark and picked them up at the open house. Until this year, we have been able to use that expenditure as the dollar requirement to receive the gift bag. We have also been able to use coupons to pay for the ornaments. This year we put over \$100.00 on lay away and were not allowed to use this expenditure to get the gift bag, nor were we allowed to use any coupons to purchase the ornaments put on lay away. That is our last trip to Karens Hallmark in North Canton.
