Karen is a wonderful, kind, deeply knowledgable bodyworker. Her attention to detail is remarkable. I leave every session thoroughly refreshed and invigorated, more spacious, aligned, and at peace.
As a massage therapist myself, I trust Karen to help my body unwind and release tension in always new and unique ways. The anatomical specificity of her visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy work is like a key that unlocks the door to full-body unwinding. I never realized how much releasing an organ can alleviate tension in other persistent problem areas! Her highly intuitive yet grounded style allows me to fully surrender and feel even deeper levels of openness and ease each session.
Karen has warm, intuitive energy that heals and knows just where to go as soon as you walk in her door. I've gone to her for specific physical issues (neck, back, hip pain), as well as for help with regulating my nervous system. She tailors my session to my individual needs and combines different massage techniques with craniosacral, visceral, and fascial work. The space is inviting and relaxing to the senses, and I always leave feeling more grounded, lighter and at ease. I recommend her highly!
Karen is such a warm and intuitive healer. I initially went to see her to prep for a surgery, and she quickly discovered (and relieved) an imbalance on the entire right side of my body. I felt incredibly grounded and calm after my first session, and my body was able to integrate the work we did. Karen has continued to help me work on imbalances between my left and right side, and I am moving with greater ease and fluidity because of it!
