Karen did a good job 10 years ago putting together my will, living trust, powers of attorney and other documents and I was pleased. Only recently, after my wife passed away, I had occasion to call to see what I needed to do. Being the sole beneficiary, and trustee of my wife's will (married 50 years) I didn't think that the will needed to be probated.
