Karen did a good job 10 years ago putting together my will, living trust, powers of attorney and other documents and I was pleased. Only recently, after my wife passed away, I had occasion to call to see what I needed to do. Being the sole beneficiary, and trustee of my wife's will (married 50 years) I didn't think that the will needed to be probated. I have worked for Karen for six years now, I can assure you that she is the best. She is an exceptional person to work for, and specializes in making clients and employees feel valued and special.
My family has had the pleasure of working with Karen Gerstner several times when my parents were both alive and then when my dad and mom finally passed. Karen is very good at what she does. She knows estate law inside and out. She is very professional and lets you know step by step through out the process, of what's going on, what is needed and what to expect. I highly recommend her.
I was shocked to see such a bitter review posted about Karen Gerstner. She is one of the most genuine and sweet women I have the pleasure of knowing. As for her skills as an attorney, I would recommend her every time.
I guess I should have noticed how much of her support staff disappears overnight. I have heard she has a large turnover of assistants but I must say her turnover is enormous. She is not a very nice person. She does not put the client first and did I mention she is not a nice person? I started to use her in my estate planning but after hearing her talk to her support staff I was absolutely stunned and realized she is not someone I wanted to handle anything for me.
