Karen is the best of the best in the Gettysburg / Taneytown area! Her icing is unmatched and her design capabilities are impressive. She has a huge selection of faux designs to look at when doing your tasting and the tasting was a generous size with lots to take away. Her flavor selection is large and she was even able to combine two flavors we wanted into one. My husband and I chose to use Karen Rodkey for our wedding cupcakes and small cake and she did not disappoint! Before booking, she provided us with a tasting at her home that helped up make our decision for the big day. She was very easy to communicate with and even delivered the cupcakes to the venue. Her cakes are absolutely delicious and very aesthetically pleasing! Our guests loved every flavor and even took some home to enjoy more! I would high recommend using Karen for your next cake needs!

I knew I wanted Karen to make my wedding cake for over 10 years ever since I first tasted one of her cakes. Her cakes are not only absolutely delicious, with many flavor options, but they’re also beautiful and timeless.
