My parents used Karen Morgan for their tax needs. They have passed away and I was finishing up their final taxes. Karen said it would be easier for her to finish the process since she had all their information. She promised me the taxes in July since she had a vacation planned for the month of June. I got the taxes to her in May. It is now mid September and I'm still waiting. Not impressed.
I don’t know how this lady still in business, she’s the worst tax person, she underestimates Taxes she waits till is tax season again, you call her they never return to call.
