I had several sessions with Karen last year and she helped me SO so much! I heavily recommend her as I have struggled a lot to find a good therapist in the past
Karen is an amazing person and counsellor. I have worked with many counsellors over the years and it can be very hard to find a reliable one that you can trust and open up to, AND make progress with. Karen has been all of that for me. She came highly recommended by my co-workers and I would also highly recommend her.
