I definitely don't recommend working with her. We went to her for our 2021 tax preparation, and it was a nightmare. She was unresponsive. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because she didn't get back to us for weeks. She didn't file extensions for us, so we ended up getting a fee from the IRS that we had to go back to get to resolve. It also didn't seem like she even filed our returns for us when she said. Delayed taxes into the next year, didn't file an extension and we got penalized by the IRS, didn't return phone calls or emails. It was a nightmare dealing with this accountant, avoid at all costs.
